Project Management

Projects are quickly created through a step by step process that anyone can get right on the first try. The project outline organizes all the milestones and tasks into page view that efficiently delivers the necessary information without any unnecessary digging around. You can also move quickly through projects while maintaining your selected view. For example you could be viewing the project plan for project A and switch to the same view for project B with one click.

Our easy searching tools quickly find the right contact so their information is always at your finger tips from any web browser. Contacts can be attached to a project so that you always know who you are working with and how to contact them.

Client Portal
Contacts that become clients can be given a login with access to one or more projects. Each project is self contained and permissions are granted per project. The client can see all tasks and content or only tasks that they have been assigned and the content associated with those tasks. The portal allows the client to remain informed of the project progress without the need for constant phone or email conversations.
Through the client portal to your company they can:
- View progress through milestones and tasks
- View assigned tasks
- View payment schedule related to each milestone
- Field request such as approvals, ratings and feedback
- Upload and create content
- Send and receive messages

Content Management
Organized content is essential when you are dealing with more than a couple of demanding clients and projects. This is where soloCRM can make your workflow so much more efficient. All files, images, web links and created content can be neatly attached to projects tasks. The content can then be accessed through the project view, the project task view or an overall content view for all projects. With multiple options you can find a work flow that fits your style. All content is also available for comments by all parties with permissions, so discussions are focused and recorded.

Content Requests
For all content located in a project you can make specific requests of the client. Each request type has its own fulfillment method for the client to complete. For example a request for a rating would allow the client to choose from a range. This ensures that you get the exact info you need to continue working through the project. All requests are also open to comments from all parties with permissions so that discussions can take place in a defined space. When dealing with multiple clients you can specify who get the request in order to keep things moving. Completed requests are available for review as long as the project is active or you can choose to delete them at any time.

Messaging Center
Each project is equipped with its own messaging center. Providers can send a message to all clients attached to the project and a copy will be available in the project for viewing at anytime. Clients with a login can also send messages to the provider in the same way.

Email Notifications
Our notification system enables you to put client communications on autopilot. As the provider you have the option to notify the client with most actions. Those same actions by clients will always result in a notification so you will be on top of their needs.

Calendar
The calendar can be accessed and updated at the individual project level or at the company level. Calendar views by the month, the week or the day are available when planning your work schedule. You can also add items to the calendar that are not project tasks.
